Libra Premia, Insurance Brokerage Company, Ltd., and none of the insurance brokers employed by or conducting insurance brokerage business on another legal basis, owners, and other employees do not have a direct or indirect share that represents more than 10% of voting rights or share in the capital of any insurance company.
